Background

"Weaponizing Water: Can Geneva reverse the trend?" Panel

The use of water in war is as devastating as it is fashionable. The predictable spread of disease and long-term environmental degradation guarantee civilians bear the burdent. The panel will explore the extent to which international Geneva, law, outrage, or alliances can reverse the trend – and the consequences if it cannot.
