M. Danilo Türk - Président du Panel mondial de haut niveau sur l'eau et la paix - invité en tant qu'orateur principal au 4ème Forum international de l'eau d'Istanbul, 10-11 mai 2017.
Dr Mara Tignino, Coordinator of the Platform for International Water Law at the Geneva Water Hub, will intervene in the session on « Getting the Best Out of Water Relief Actions : Case Studies and Legal Basis ».
Within the wider context of “Water & Peace”, the 4th Istanbul International Water Forum will have a specific focus on the refugee issue.
